There’s a lot happening across Paragon Star, and we’re excited to share the latest updates as construction continues moving toward an even more connected, active, and welcoming destination.

Final work is underway at the View High Drive and I-470 interchange. Weather and a few unforeseen issues have caused delays, but crews are making steady progress. The new diverging diamond interchange will be fully open soon, improving traffic flow and providing a smoother, more efficient route into Paragon Star.

The newest addition to The Village at Paragon Star — a 70,000 sq. ft. Class A commercial building — is now available for lease.

• Second Floor: Class A office space
• First Floor: Retail and restaurant spaces, complete with al fresco dining opportunities

This building is also home to the Magic Tree Pop-Up Bar and will be a hub for new businesses as the village continues to grow.

Paragon Parkway is officially complete, providing a direct and convenient entrance into the district. Additional internal roadways and parking improvements within The Village footprint are also underway and set to be completed by the end of the year. These enhancements will support larger events, new businesses, and an overall improved guest experience.

Exciting growth continues around the district:

• 513-Stall Parking Garage: Currently in development on Paragon Parkway, designed to support expanding traffic and large-scale events.
• The Reserve at Paragon Star: A new 205 unit multifamily community scheduled to begin construction in Spring 2026. This project will bring new residents, energy, and year-round activity to the district.

With each project, Paragon Star is becoming more than a sports complex — it’s taking shape as a full destination for events, entertainment, dining, and community life. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building something special right here in Lee’s Summit.
