Paragon Star is proud to partner with Refine Travel and Events, ensuring our teams receive premier accommodations at the most competitive rates. In alignment with our Stay to Play policy, all teams are required to book through Refine Travel and Events—guaranteeing exclusive discounts and a streamlined reservation process.


Refine Travel and Events collaborates with a network of trusted hotel partners to secure room availability, manage bookings, and provide a stress-free lodging experience that’s personalized to meet each team’s travel needs—delivering value, convenience, and service with excellence.

All Entry Fees must be postmarked by the registration deadline to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be put on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee is non-refundable. Registration fees not received or postmarked by the registration deadline will incur a $50 late fee.

Credit Card Payments:
All Credit Cards will be charged upon acceptance.

Check or Money Order Payments:
All Check or Money Order entries must be postmarked by the registration deadline and should be made payable to Paragon Star. All entry fees received through check or money order are deposited immediately and refunded within 2 weeks of non-acceptance. Teams must include with their entry fee a copy of e-mail entry confirmation.
