Details/Vendor Responsibilities
- Setup: Please bring a 10x10 tent, table, chairs, power supply, signage, and nut-free pre-packaged candy to hand out. We expect a large turnout of kids, so please plan accordingly, and brings lots of candy.
- Arrival: Be onsite by 3:30 PM to ensure you're ready to start handing out candy by 5:00 PM.
- Duration: Vendors are required to stay until the event ends at 9:00 PM.
