Enjoy a thrilling Halloween evening filled with sports-themed activities, trick-or-treating, and family-friendly entertainment. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your brand, share some sweet treats with the kiddos, and make lasting memories.
🎃 New this year: Vendors who go all-out with their decorations will have the chance to win a 1-month free advertising package at Paragon Star (a $600 value). A fun way to show off your creativity — and possibly score some big exposure for your business! Second and third place winners will also snag gift cards as a bonus treat.

Details/Vendor Responsibilities
- Setup: Please bring a 10x10 tent, table, chairs, power supply, signage, and nut-free pre-packaged candy to hand out. We expect a large turnout of kids, so please plan accordingly, and brings lots of candy.
- Arrival: Be onsite by 3:30 PM to get set up and ensure you're ready to start handing out candy by 5:30 PM.
- Duration: Vendors are required to stay until the event ends at 7:30 PM.
